![]() ![]() ![]() I ditched the database files in the User AppData folder for them to be recreated multiple times, no change in the problem. I'm thinking there's a file somewhere that is databasing this stuff incorrectly. That didn't work either, although the knowledgebase said it should fix it. I downloaded the VST Tool from the knowledgebase to move all the NI VSTs to one folder and update the registry. Perhaps that's why Maschine allows rescanning and directory changes. Cubase folder/VST folder/Synth folder or EQ folder or Dynamics folder, etc. In fact, some are several folders down from the root. They were previously moved inside sub-folders with no issues after the initial installation. Rescanning always found them and the browser worked fine. I moved my VSTs around several times on the old system and even put them in strange places inside totally unrelated folders - folder within folder within folder - and it wasn't a problem. My old system has the exact same versions of all the software, same 1.8.2 for Maschine and same Komplete 9 VST versions. ![]()
